What should we do to adjust the machine correctly?

The laser cutting machine itself is a large-scale project with numerous delicate components and spare parts., which has the ability to improve and guarantee the requirements of high precision while working. But some of our customers may find that the accuracy is going down after using for a long time, or even becomes less accurate. In this case, it is necessary to observe whether the focus of the cutting part and the adjustment of the focus are correct. The spot of the focus laser is often easily modulated. If the laser spot is extremely small, then we can try to make a special initial related setting, and determine a series of focus positions by the size of the light spot. Of course, we only needs to do such action when the laser spot it is extremely small.

Then another factor that we need to adjust to fix the accuracy is the focal length. We can find the best focal length distance and set the position of that place there, and then we can start such a device to work. In addition, when adjusting the first half of the laser cutting machine, you can also use some different props. For example, the debugging finger is often an important focal length for debugging. A lot of accuracy can be mastered, and at the same time, you can move up and down. The laser, because only in this way can the height be controlled to a certain extent, and the size of the laser spot will have various changes. 1. When the spot of the focus laser is adjusted to be very small, it is very early to set up a spot shot. The focal length is judged by the size of the spot. When the spot of the laser is very small, then this position is a good processing focal length, and then we can start processing work.

2. In the first part of the debugging of the laser cutting machine, we can use some workpiece tails and scraps to determine the accuracy of the focal position--move the position of the height of the upper and lower laser heads, and the size of the laser spot will have different size changes when it is shot. We can make adjustments to different positions many times to find a particularly small spot position to determine the focal length and the particularly optimal position of the laser head.

3. After the laser cutting machine is installed, you can install a scribing device on the cutting nozzle of the CNC cutting machine, and use the scribing device to draw a simulated cutting pattern. For example, the simulated pattern is a 1m square, a circle with a diameter of 1m is built in, and the four corners are drawn diagonally. After drawing, use a measuring tool to measure whether the drawn circle is tangent to the four sides of the square. Whether the diagonal length of the square is 2^(1/2), which is about 1.41. The central axis of the circle should bisect the sides of the square, that is, the distance from the point where the central axis intersects the two sides of the square to the intersection should be 0.5 m. Finally test the distance between the diagonal and the intersection point to determine the cutting accuracy of the equipment.
