Description

This model is with large platform and designed for large-size metal fabrication, inlcuding stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, iron and so on. To deal with large metal plates effectively, it is of much higher power from 3000w-12000w. It is of open-type with simple structure, convinient maintenance, low operating cost and complete service and support.

Ultra-large Cutting Area

The maximum cutting area is 14000*3500mm, which can easily realize the overall processing of oversized workpieces and the fast and accurate cutting of metal plates, which can meet more cutting needs.

Modular Design Worktable

The platform blade adopts the modular design, the bottom of the platform adopts an integrated waste collection device, which is easy to disassemble, easy to clean up the residue and scrap, and reduce the replacement cost.

Stable Anti-burning Welded Body

The high-strength steel plate welded body adopts the groove welding process to realize equal-strength welding between the steel plates.

The mechanical properties of the welded interface (especially the tensile strength) are the same as the base material. The bed has undergone internal stress annealing treatment and spontaneous combustion aging treatment to ensure that the bed is firm and durable with zero deformation.

Beam Safety Light Curtain

Light curtains are installed on the front and back sides of the beam to provide 360° full protection, waterproof, dustproof, anti-interference, high sensitivity, and strong reliability. The safety protection can be opened with one button to ensure the safety of workers when the machine is working normally.

Intelligent Partition Dust Removal

The ventilation area, divided into left and right zone, is equipped with a butterfly valve damper to ensure strong and intensive suction. It is noiseless while opening and closing. Due to the 300*300mm large-caliber pipeline on both sides of the machine bed, the cutting smoke will be discharged smoothly. The machine bed is always full of positive pressure, and in combination with a strong ventilation system below, the smoke produced by cutting can be filtrated inside to ensure environmental protection. The smoke exhaust device automatically senses the laser cutting position and turns on the smoke exhaust precisely. Follow-up smoking exhaustion, create a concealed cavity to fully control smoke diffusion.

Auto-Focus Laser Cutting Head

The auto-focus cutting head can adjust its focal point automatically according to material thickness, and apply to multiple focal lengths with no manual regulation, less errors or faults. It will shorten punching duration, improve punching quality and save time by high-speed cutting. Flexible and fast, the cutting head can avoid collision, automatic edge finding and can reduce sheet waste with large clear aperture. Its built-in double water-cooling structure can also help to prolong the service life of lenses.
