The fully enclosed protective dual-use metal sheet and tube laser cutting machine is equipped with laser protective glass and fast dual exchange platforms. It is designed in line with European safety production standards. Can be applied  for both sheet metal and tube processing, including stainless steel, carbon steel, low carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, iron, etc. It has two series: the PT series is of 1000w-3000w laser power while the PT Pro series is of 3000w-12000w laser power. It can realize environmental protection processing, complete service and technical support, and is the most efficient type of metal processing.

Double chucks with automatic centering function and belt transmission mode to wide clamping range enhance clamping force. Non-destructive pipe clamping, fast automatic centering and more stable performance.  Smaller chuck size, low rotation inertia and higher in transmission efficiency. It is easy to operate and maintain. Modular chuck components are independently developed, and can be quickly replaced to prolong the machine's service life and make stronger dynamic performance.

Light weight, high strength, and no deformation. The beam is molded and framed by integral steel mold and die-casting technology, processed by T6 heat treatment to make the it obtain the highest strength. Also, solution treatment improves the strength and plasticity of the beam, optimizes and reduces its weight, and speeds up the movement, improving processing efficiency and processing quality.

Adopt parallel exchange platform to ensure stable and rapid exchanging and also greatly improve work efficiency. The frequency converter is responsible for controlling the reversing motor. With double motor drive and chain transmission, it has good rigidity, high precision, and can save feeding time to improve work efficiency. Equipped with six-sided steel crawlers, the pulleys are closely inlaid with the crawlers, and the built-in pulleys run smoothly, so that the maximum speed of the platform can be up to 8s per change.

The auto-focus cutting head can adjust its focal point automatically according to material thickness, and apply to multiple focal lengths with no manual regulation, less errors or faults. It will shorten punching duration, improve punching quality and save time by high-speed cutting. Flexible and fast, the cutting head can avoid collision, automatic edge finding and can reduce sheet waste with large clear aperture. Its built-in double water-cooling structure can also help to prolong the service life of lenses.

The ventilation area, divided into left and right zone, is equipped with a butterfly valve damper to ensure strong and intensive suction. It is noiseless while opening and closing. 

Due to the 300*300mm large-caliber pipeline on both sides of the machine bed, the cutting smoke will be discharged smoothly. The machine bed is always full of positive pressure, and in combination with a strong ventilation system below, the smoke produced by cutting can be filtrated inside to ensure environmental protection. The smoke exhaust device automatically senses the laser cutting position and turns on the smoke exhaust precisely. Follow-up smoking exhaustion, create a concealed cavity to fully control smoke diffusion.

Interconnection between different devices to make easy data transmission. Remote control system helps to resolve machine operation abnormality to guarantee continuous working efficiency.

The time and frequency of lubrication can be adjusted through the central control system. It can conduct comprehensive and multi-point lubrication for guide rails, sliders, screws, racks, etc., and automatically gather waste lubricating fluid, which ensures the high working efficiency of the equipment.
With lubrication abnormality alarm and low liquid level alarm functions to help maintain the cutter, the transmission mechanism will provide longer services with high cutting accuracy.
