Coil leveling laser cutting production line is a special model designed for coil automatic production. One-key Processing, Automatic Production Line

The uncoiling, leveling, cutting and unloading of the coil can be realized at one time to ensure the continuity of processing and production and improve production efficiency.  The production line can realize batch processing, which reduces labor intensity and saves manpower.

Stable Heavy Duty Uncoiler

The uncoiler adopts cantilever structure processed by stress annealing. High bearing frame, hydraulic expansion to guarantee stable operation. Frequency control, stable feeding, flexible operation and equipped with feeding car. The width of the coil is from 500mm to 1500mm, and the maximum bearing capacity is 5000kg.

High Efficiency Leveling Machine

The machine levels coil material, manually adjust the height of the press roller. Servo motor can adjust the speed of the press roller, and the press roller uses hollow bearing steel material, which, after medium frequency treatment, the surface hardness can be up to 60°. After hard chromium treatment fine grinding, it has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, high leveling ability and precisio, and the leveling accuracy is ±0.01.

Stable Structure, Higher Working Efficiency

Optional open and protective laser cutting machine in production line. The machine adopts gantry double-drive structure, heavy welded bed, stable cast aluminum beam, automatic focusing laser head and high precision transmission system, which improves working efficiency and ensure cutting effect.

Synchronous Rolling Platform

Servo precise feeding device, following the roller support and reducing sheet metal slip and curling to improve processing quality and material quality. The belt conveyor will be processed sheet metal automatically to the unloading platform, which realizes automatic production and help the manufacturer to improve working efficiency to save labor cost .

Automatically Unload Material

The cutting parts are automatically sent to the unloading platform, and the belt conveyor completes the processing for manual sorting, or the workpiece can be automatically sorted with a mechanical arm.
