The clamping strength of the chuck can be adjusted conveniently and quickly according to the thickness of the pipe wall. 

The pneumatic claw clamp force is large and stable to ensure cutting precision and the heavy pipe clamping does not slip. Helical gear transmission of strong rigidity, low noise and high transmission efficiency.
The main chuck is equipped with air blowing energy, which can effectively reduce the slag generated in the process of cutting pipe wall. The middle chuck is equipped with double roller clamping claw, which can correct the pipe bending, prevent inertial vibration, reduce the precision deviation caused by the pipe falling. The tail chuck can brake fast to ensure cutting precision.

The support rises and falls independently with the Y-axis travel safely, and comes with collision warning. Adopts cylinder and servo cooperative control, the rising height of the support can be adjusted, and the entire pipe is evenly stressed. The roller design also reduces the damage to the pipe surface.

Automatic unloading function, block design, can be customized according to demand. Equipped with a flap device, can separate the waste and finished products automatically to avoid the risk of falling to ensure the safety of production. It adopts the coordinated control of cylinder and servo motor to get close to or contact the pipe contour in real time, and can quickly feed the small pipe and light pipe into the hopper to prevent the it from knocking and deformation.
